Bravo Contracts Limited ("we", "us"), company number 741368, is an electrical contracting company based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect
When you use our quote form, call, email or message us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your town, address or Eircode, so we can assess the job location
- The type of work you need, your timeline and any job details you share
- Records of our communication and any work we carry out for you
If you accept cookies, we may also collect website usage data, such as pages visited and how you arrived at our site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To schedule and carry out work, and to issue certificates and invoices
- To follow up on jobs we have completed
- To understand how our website and advertising perform, where you have accepted cookies
- To meet our legal, tax and safety obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

- Contract: to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to carry out the work
- Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and run our business

- Consent: for analytics and advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not become jobs: up to 24 months
- Customer job records, certificates and invoices: for as long as required by Irish tax, company and electrical safety rules
- Analytics data: according to the provider's standard retention settings
Who we share it with
We only share data with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed. This includes our website hosting provider (Vercel), our customer management and email tools, our accountants and, where you have accepted cookies, analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta. Where providers process data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place. We may also share information where required by law, or with Safe Electric for certification.
