About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotations and work provided by Bravo Contracts Limited, company number 741368, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. Where a written quotation or contract sets out different terms for a specific job, those terms apply to that job. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Using this website
The information on this website is for general guidance only. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not replace advice for your specific installation. We may change or update the website at any time.
Quotations
- Quotations are free and based on the information provided and, where needed, a site visit.
- Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days.
- If we find hidden issues once work begins, such as damaged or unsafe existing wiring, we will explain what we have found and agree any change in price with you before going ahead.
Scheduling and access
We will agree start dates with you. Please give us safe access to the work area and let us know about any known hazards. We will keep you informed if a delay outside our control affects the schedule.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quotation or invoice. Materials supplied by us remain our property until paid for in full.
Certification
As a Safe Electric Registered Electrical Contractor, we test and certify qualifying work on completion, in line with Safe Electric requirements.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed. Equipment we install is also covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations made by others, or materials supplied by the customer.
Labour hire
Where we supply electricians, apprentices or general operatives, rates, duration and site requirements are agreed in writing before work starts.
Cancellations
If you are a consumer and the contract was agreed away from our business premises or at a distance, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may need to pay for work already carried out.
Liability
We carry full insurance for our work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
Competitions and promotions
From time to time we run competitions and prize draws, for example at events or on social media. Specific rules are published with each promotion. Unless stated otherwise: entrants must be 18 or over and living in Ireland, prizes are as described with no cash alternative, winners are chosen at random and contacted directly, and prize work is subject to a site survey. Promotions on social media are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Instagram or Facebook.
Intellectual property
The content, photos and branding on this website belong to Bravo Contracts Limited and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
